By making a booking with Katia Amerena, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated here. To ensure your booking is secured, a 50% deposit (for wedding bookings) will be required to lock in your appointment. Your booking is not secured until the deposit has been made – Please note this deposit is non – refundable*. This can be done via bank transfer with your full name as a reference.

*Your booking will not be secured, and the date will be open for other bookings until the deposit is received*

Please note that once your Bridal booking has been made and deposit secured, any cancellation or changes to the size of the party will incur additional charges. If the booking is down sized after it has been confirmed, you will be charged the original price quoted to cover loss of other bridal parties turned away for the same date.

Once a deposit has been made, I do not under any circumstances refund existing booking amounts or part thereof.

Cancellation of standard makeup applications or Bridal bookings within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
